This dress faithfully reproduces the garments worn by Viking girls during the 9th-10th centuries, based on Scandinavian archaeological finds. Young Norse girls wore tunics similar to those of adult women, made of linen or wool with a loose cut that allowed freedom of movement for playing and helping with daily chores. The fabric belt was an essential element that adjusted the garment to the body. This authentic design allows girls to experience Viking attire in a historically accurate way.
