The right of withdrawal will not apply to products made by hand to order, products modified according to specifications requested by the buyer, or those clearly personalized, except in the case of a defect or manufacturing error. The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the current workload.

You may terminate the purchase contract made in our online store by sending an email within the aforementioned period.

You must send the item or items back to us by your own means. Shipments sent "carriage forward" (cash on delivery for shipping) will not be accepted.

If you wish to make a return, you must download this Withdrawal Form, fill it out, and send it to our offices located at C/ Santa Lucía 4b nave 4, Oyon, Álava. Postal Code: 01320, or via email to [email protected]

The Customer is granted the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days from the receipt thereof. The Customer must communicate their withdrawal to THE ENTITY via the Withdrawal Form (Link to Document) by email, postal mail, or fax, within that 14-day period. The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the Customer. Products must be in the same condition in which they were received, with the original packaging, and cannot have been used. Ice Axe

Description

A multifunctional tool

Epic Armoury’s Blue Ice Axe is a 63 cm short axe designed to mimic a real, multifunctional tool used by ice climbers for your next live action role-play (LARP). When fighting in the post-apocalypse, you might need every weapon you can get your hands on! An ice axe is a solid choice thanks to its spiked pommel, ribbed grip, and double-headed pick and adze design.

This handcrafted weapon is fully hand-painted with a blue handle and metallic finishes, and is sculpted from safe EVA foam around a solid 8mm fiberglass rod core. It is coated with a strong layer of flexible latex. This ice axe could be the only thing between your LARP character and the zombies and raiders, and with proper care, it should outlast your character’s likely survival rate.

An axe used by mountaineers

  • The ice axe is a multi-purpose walking and climbing tool designed to traverse icy slopes
  • The adze, which is the flat end of the head, would be used to cut steps into ice

Quality

  • Strong latex coating with a round fiberglass core
  • Strong Kevlar core tip protection
  • Made from durable, shred-resistant closed-cell foam
  • High safety rating, approved by major organizations

This product is handmade and hand-painted and is therefore unique. As a result, this product may have natural deviations in pattern, color, and shape compared to similar item numbers, which are not considered defects or faults.
We produce our imagery in a natural setting, where lighting and surroundings can affect colors and contrast. Therefore, the images shown may appear different from the product you receive from us.

All measurements are in cm unless otherwise stated.

Maintenance

All latex-coated weapons require a certain degree of maintenance. For this, we recommend using maintenance silicone, which can be purchased separately in the LARP Accessories section. Epic Armoury maintenance silicone is an easy-to-use spray application, 100% pure, and acid-free, making it safe to apply. We recommend using maintenance silicone regularly. It maintains the flexibility of the latex layer and prevents it from drying out, keeping the product resistant to wear and tear.

Store your latex weapons horizontally or on their pommel, NEVER on their tip. Use a simple sheet or towel liner to prevent it from touching a plastic or rubber surface to avoid your weapon sticking to other products. Keep your weapons in a cool, dry environment.
