Orc Armor Deal
DescriptionForge the look of your warband with battle-worn Orc armor
Epic Armoury’s Orc Armor Deal is not just protection; it is a statement of brutality and raw strength. This complete set has been forged for savage warriors, ruthless barbarians, and chaos-born raiders who thrive in the heart of battle.
The design draws on jagged reptilian inspiration, featuring sharp lines and ferocious curves intended to intimidate and dominate. Each piece speaks of scars earned in countless skirmishes, ready to amplify your presence as a force of nature on the battlefield.
Included in this set is torso armor, shoulder plates, arm guards, and matching leg protection. These pieces are not just functional—they transform you into the warlord, berserker, or lone marauder whispered about in legends. Whether you are among a screaming horde or facing foes in single combat, your armor will tell your story before you even raise your weapon.
Genuine rust coating for an authentic, weathered look
Forget painted finishes and artificial effects. This armor features a genuine rust coating: a living, breathing layer of real oxidation that gives each plate a rough, gritty texture. This is not just for show; it feels real beneath your fingers and looks as if you have just emerged from some forgotten battlefield.
Over time, small rust flakes will naturally fall away, leaving behind the scars of countless imagined wars. You may notice rust rubbing off on fabrics and kit. That is part of the magic: stains and smudges that remind you of every battle fought in the wild.
Each set is unique, with varying degrees of oxidation, wear, and weathering from one piece to the next. Some parts may appear more corroded, while others have only a light dusting of rust, adding to the authenticity and narrative of armor that feels truly alive and battered.
Because of this, and to account for a changing finish, we recommend using our 100L Tent Bag to store and transport your armor. This simple but sturdy canvas bag is perfect for containing the rusted surfaces and protecting your clothes, your car, and your campsite from unexpected stains. It is an ideal companion for any warrior traveling with weathered steel.
Strong, safe, and ready for the slaughter
This armor set is forged from mild steel, chosen for its durability and ease of maintenance. Rolled edges provide added safety, reducing the risk of injury from sharp corners during rough combat or rapid movement.
Each piece is reinforced with premium leather straps and solid buckles, designed for a secure fit that will not slip in the heat of battle. Adjustments are simple, allowing you to customize the tension and comfort to suit your build and fighting style.
Whether you are shouting a war cry at a LARP event or marching with pride in a melee reenactment, this armor will endure alongside you. Care for the leather and steel with proper maintenance, and this set will continue to serve through countless campaigns, ready for every skirmish, raid, and confrontation you dare to face.
What is included in this armor set:
Orc Torso Armor: A steel and leather cuirass with reptilian ridges, covering the front and back for complete torso protection.
Shoulder Plates: Two serrated pauldrons with wing-shaped sword breakers, secured to the torso and upper arms.
Arm Protection: Weathered, sturdy bracers with ridged designs, secured with two leather straps each.
Leg Protection: Greaves with sharp shapes and ridges, which fit over boots or gambesons with two leather straps.
Assume the role of a battle-hardened warlord
Whether you are leading a warband, serving as a lone marauder, or embodying a savage creature of chaos, this complete Orc armor set transforms you into a vision of ruin and pure power. The rusted finish and rugged design make every strike feel primitive and every appearance unforgettable.
Claim your armor: let the attack begin!

This product has been intentionally rusted
Orc Armor pieces are intentionally rusted to create an authentic, rugged, and barbaric look and feel. You should expect the armor to transfer rust and oil to your costume. This rusted appearance is not considered a defect.
To evaluate the condition of the armor, you can check the back of the product. If the back of the armor is in good condition, the piece is considered good. Good condition means the back is clean, has a black finish that is not rusted, and shows no signs of flaking rust. Additionally, the leather straps and rivets must be in good condition, free of mold, rust, or patina.
This product is handmade and painted and is therefore unique. As a result, compared to similar item numbers, this product may have natural deviations in pattern, color, and shape, which are not considered defects or faults.

Maintenance
Epic Armory Metal Works products should be treated with acid-free quality vegetable oil or wax and kept in a dry place. Metal armors containing leather parts would need separate maintenance for the leather. Read the "Leather Straps and Fittings" section below for leather cleaning and maintenance with leather care products.
Degreasing and preparing your armor for use
When you open your armor, you may be overwhelmed by the smell of grease and oil. Oil has been applied to protect your armor during storage and transport. Use a degreasing product or mineral spirits and a dry cloth or paper towels to remove all the oil from the plate armor pieces. It is a bit more difficult to remove all the oil from chainmail links, but it can be done in the same way. Wipe off as much as you can with a dry cloth, and with the remaining oil, you can remove the grease from the chainmail with mineral spirits or another solvent by spraying it onto the links. You can also choose to completely submerge your chainmail in a degreasing product and use your hands to agitate the metal in the solution; this will completely remove all oil and grease from your links. After removing the oil, be sure to dry the armor well. Strong, warm sunlight is great for drying your armor, but you can also use a hairdryer or heat gun to speed up the process. Be careful not to overheat any leather parts when using a heat gun.
Cleaning
Humidity is the enemy of armor and chainmail. If your armor gets wet, it is important to dry it well as soon as possible. After handling, wearing, or after six months of storage or display, all metal should be wiped with a clean cloth. Lightly grease the clean surface with an acid-free quality vegetable oil. Alternatively, you can apply a layer of wax to the entire surface of the exposed metal. Let the wax dry for a couple of hours and then lightly buff it with a soft cloth.
Prevention and removal of oxidation
Store your armor in a dry place and check it every two months for signs of rust. If you find any, remove it by gently rubbing the affected spot with a lightly abrasive pad dampened in acid-free quality vegetable oil or wax. Epic Dark products are specially treated to resist rust but should still be treated with oil and stored in a dry place.
Leather straps and fittings
Clean them by removing dirt with a stiff brush, then gently rub with leather soap and a clean, damp cloth until the leather looks clean. Remove the soap with a separate damp cloth to clear any soap residue, and then use a dry cloth to wipe any remaining water off the leather.
You should always condition the leather after cleaning, as the soap will have removed some of its natural oils. Treat the leather with mink oil, olive oil, or beeswax using a clean cloth, gently rubbing a small amount of oil or wax in circles onto the leather. Let the leather soak in the oil before wiping it down with a final clean cloth to remove excess residue.
