2018 Model
The Cold Steel® Frenzy is a pocket knife developed by award-winning custom knife maker Andrew Demko, whose design is based on the ancient Japanese kabutowari, or so-called helmet splitters, also called hachiwari. It features a strong spine, a slender blade, a sharp point, and a long, flat edge.
The Frenzy's blade, approximately 14 cm long, is made of premium American S35VN steel, a steel that guarantees excellent edge retention, and features a pronounced fuller and a satin finish with visible polishing lines. Therefore, it is not only effective but also visually very attractive. And when it catches the light, it is truly beautiful to behold!
The 3D CNC-machined two-tone handle is made of multi-layered G-10. It is slim and flat enough to allow you to carry the knife comfortably without adding bulk to your pocket, while its cleverly designed ergonomic shape ensures comfort and a secure grip whatever your gripping technique.
The Frenzy is equipped with the innovative Tri-Ad® locking mechanism, which offers maximum durability, reliability, and safety. What is offered here is a giant, elegant, and stylish folding knife that takes up little space in your pocket, but proves to be a powerful powerhouse when you open it!

This is an extraordinary American super steel. CPM S35VN is not only extremely tough and durable, but it can also be sharpened very well to a razor sharpness and keeps this edge for a long time. With its uniform microstructure, this very fine-grained powder steel offers good and consistent properties: durable, reliable, highly corrosion-resistant, tough, and hard even with finely ground cutting edges.
