Todo Medieval reserves the right to deduct shipping and associated costs from the refund if:
-The customer has opened the package and the products show signs of damage or wear from use; a proportional amount or nothing will be refunded, depending on the condition of the product(s).


Refunds will not be issued until the order is received and its condition is verified.


International Orders

Todo Medieval, located in Spain, considers any country that is not a member of the European Union to be an international shipment.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the date of delivery of the order, to process your return due to withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal will not apply to products made by hand to order, products modified according to specifications requested by the buyer, or those clearly personalized, except in the case of a defect or manufacturing error. The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the current workload.

You may terminate the purchase contract made in our online store by sending an email within the aforementioned period.

You must send the item or items back to us by your own means. Shipments sent "carriage forward" (cash on delivery for shipping) will not be accepted.

The Customer is granted the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days from the receipt thereof. The Customer must communicate their withdrawal to THE ENTITY via the Withdrawal Form (Link to Document) by email, postal mail, or fax, within that 14-day period. The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the Customer. Products must be in the same condition in which they were received, with the original packaging, and cannot have been used. Spiked Wrench

The yellow Spiked Wrench by Epic Armoury is a 50 cm tool designed to imitate an adjustable wrench typically found in any old workshop, with a nail driven into the wrench's jaws. Made from safe materials for your next live action role-play (LARP) game, keep this wrench by your side when fighting in the post-apocalypse. After all, almost anything can be used as a weapon against the undead! This wrench is an excellent choice thanks to its practical size and shape.

The Spiked Wrench has a 24 cm handle, painted green with rust spots, and a 25 cm head with a metal-like finish. It is sculpted from EVA foam around a solid 6 mm fiberglass rod core and is coated with a strong layer of flexible latex to prevent shredding and give it a smooth, shiny surface. The wrench's jaw is not actually adjustable, but includes fine details to give the impression that it is, reinforced to keep the wrench head intact despite heavy use, with an additional nail caught between the grip. Maintenance

All latex-coated weapons require a certain degree of maintenance. For this, we recommend using maintenance silicone, which can be purchased separately in the LARP Accessories section. Epic Armoury maintenance silicone is an easy spray application, 100% pure and acid-free, making it safe to apply. We recommend using maintenance silicone on a regular basis. It maintains the flexibility of the latex layer and prevents it from drying out, keeping the product resistant to wear and tear.

Store your latex weapons in a horizontal position or on their pommel, NEVER on their tip. Use a simple sheet or towel lining to avoid touching plastic or rubber surfaces to prevent your weapon from sticking to other products. Keep your weapons in a cool, dry environment.
