Todo Medieval reserves the right to deduct shipping and associated costs from the refund if:
-The customer has opened the package and the products show signs of damage or wear from use; a proportional amount or nothing will be refunded, depending on the condition of the product(s).


Refunds will not be issued until the order is received and its condition is verified.


International Orders

Todo Medieval, located in Spain, considers any country that is not a member of the European Union to be an international shipment.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the date of delivery of the order, to process your return due to withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal will not apply to products made by hand to order, products modified according to specifications requested by the buyer, or those clearly personalized, except in the case of a defect or manufacturing error. The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the current workload.

You may terminate the purchase contract made in our online store by sending an email within the aforementioned period.

You must send the item or items back to us by your own means. Shipments sent "carriage forward" (cash on delivery for shipping) will not be accepted.

The Customer is granted the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days from the receipt thereof. Epic Armoury’s Red Wrench is a 50 cm tool designed to mimic an adjustable wrench typically found in any old workshop. Made with safe materials for your next Live Action Role Play (LARP) game, keep this wrench by your side when fighting in the post-apocalypse. After all, almost anything can be used as a weapon against the undead! This wrench is a great choice thanks to its practical size and shape.

The wrench has a 24 cm handle, painted red with rust spots, and a 25 cm head with a metal-like finish. It is sculpted from EVA foam around a solid 6 mm fiberglass rod core and is coated with a strong layer of flexible latex to prevent shredding and give it a smooth, shiny surface. The wrench's jaw is not actually adjustable, but it includes fine details to give the impression that it is, reinforced to keep the wrench head intact despite heavy use. Maintenance

All latex-coated weapons require a certain degree of maintenance. For this, we recommend using maintenance silicone, which can be purchased separately in the LARP Accessories section. Epic Armoury maintenance silicone is an easy-to-apply spray, 100% pure and acid-free, making it safe to use. We recommend using maintenance silicone regularly. It maintains the flexibility of the latex layer and prevents it from drying out, keeping the product resistant to wear and tear.

Store your latex weapons horizontally or on their pommel, NEVER on their tip. Use a simple sheet or towel lining to prevent it from touching a plastic or rubber surface to avoid your weapon sticking to other products. Keep your weapons in a cool, dry environment.
