Todo Medieval reserves the right to deduct shipping and associated costs from the refund if:
-The customer has opened the package and the products show signs of damage or wear from use; a proportional amount or nothing will be refunded, depending on the condition of the product(s).


Refunds will not be issued until the order is received and its condition is verified.


International Orders

Todo Medieval, located in Spain, considers any country that is not a member of the European Union to be an international shipment.

The company is not responsible for the customs duties of each country; it is the customer's responsibility to investigate and settle these costs generated at their borders. Todo Medieval reserves the right to deduct shipping and associated costs from the refund if:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the date of delivery of the order, to process your return due to withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal will not apply to products made by hand to order, products modified according to specifications requested by the buyer, or those clearly personalized, except in the case of a defect or manufacturing error. The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the current workload.

You may terminate the purchase contract made in our online store by sending an email within the aforementioned period.

You must send the item or items back to us by your own means. Shipments sent "carriage forward" (cash on delivery for shipping) will not be accepted.

The Customer is granted the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days from the receipt thereof. Outside of this period, cancellations of orders will not be accepted, nor will they be accepted for orders involving the supply of goods made according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly, etc., that have been unsealed and/or used by the Customer. The Customer must communicate their withdrawal to THE ENTITY via the Withdrawal Form (Link to Document) by email, postal mail, or fax, within that 14-day period. Description

MASTERS OF SKULDUGGERY

The Landsknecht Rondel by Epic Armoury is a solid 46 cm dagger inspired by the Landsknecht mercenaries of the Hanseatic era. If your LARP character is an intriguing scoundrel whose trade is trickery and deception, espionage, or simply a rogue on the run, this dagger is for you. It features a 28 cm blade with a central ridge and a fine wood handle protected by a twisted bronze ring-shaped crossguard. The bronze-colored pommel is rounded and designed as a basic interpretation of a knight's “rondel dagger.” When fighting melee enemies in heavy plate armor, daggers like this would have been used to force their way into the joints.

Special care has been taken to ensure our LARP weapons are safe. This dagger was built around a solid fiberglass rod core and a flexible Kevlar tip to prevent punctures. Its latex finish requires some maintenance to maximize its use and condition.

    Maintenance

    All latex-coated weapons need a certain degree of maintenance. For this, we recommend using maintenance silicone, which can be purchased separately in the LARP Accessories section. Epic Armoury maintenance silicone is an easy-to-apply spray, 100% pure and acid-free, making it safe to apply. We recommend using Maintenance Silicone on a regular basis. It maintains the flexibility of the latex layer and prevents it from drying out, keeping the product resistant to wear and tear.

    Store your latex weapons horizontally or on their pommel, NEVER on their tip. Use a simple sheet or towel liner to prevent it from touching a plastic or rubber surface to keep your weapon from sticking to other products. Keep your weapons in a cool, dry environment.
