Todo Medieval reserves the right to deduct shipping and associated costs from the refund if:
-The customer has opened the package and the products show signs of damage or wear from use; a proportional amount or nothing will be refunded, depending on the condition of the product(s).


Refunds will not be issued until the order is received and its condition is verified.


International Orders

Todo Medieval, located in Spain, considers any country that is not a member of the European Union to be an international shipment.

The company is not responsible for the customs duties of each country; it is the customer's responsibility to investigate and settle these costs generated at their borders. Todo Medieval reserves the right to deduct shipping and associated costs from the refund if:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the date of delivery of the order, to process your return due to withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal will not apply to products made by hand to order, products modified according to specifications requested by the buyer, or those clearly personalized, except in the case of a defect or manufacturing error. The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the current workload.

You may terminate the purchase contract made in our online store by sending an email within the aforementioned period.

You must send the item or items back to us by your own means. Shipments sent "carriage forward" (cash on delivery for shipping) will not be accepted.

The Customer is granted the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days from the receipt thereof. Outside of this period, cancellations of orders will not be accepted, nor will they be accepted for orders involving the supply of goods made according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly, etc., that have been unsealed and/or used by the Customer. The Customer must communicate their withdrawal to THE ENTITY via the Withdrawal Form (Link to Document) by email, postal mail, or fax, within that 14-day period. Running a finger along the notched edge of the axe, you smile as you remember how you slaughtered your enemies with blood-fueled rage. You look up, a moment before taking a deep breath, and go to war.

DETAILS

Epic Armoury's Chaos Axe is a deadly and threatening two-handed 110 cm axe designed for the brutal, barbarian smasher. It features a 32 cm long axe head with details that make it look battered, worn, and brutal, an excellent complementary piece for your less cheerful fighter or bloodthirsty barbarian in your next LARP. The head is hand-painted to look like real metal adorned with gold and notches in the steel to emphasize the worn aesthetic, and it is made of soft, safe foam. The sharp head is attached to the hand-painted shaft. The 37 cm handle at the end of the Chaos Axe is wrapped in suede leather for appearance and comfort.

Made of durable, closed-cell foam around a solid 10 mm fiberglass core and finished with a strong latex coating, your new LARP axe will provide you with the safety and appeal you want when creating your next LARP character.

HISTORY

  • The first handled axe was created approximately 6,000 B.C. using birch tar and rawhide bindings to attach the blade to its handle

Maintenance

All latex-coated weapons need a certain degree of maintenance. For this, we recommend using maintenance silicone, which can be purchased separately in the LARP Accessories section. Epic Armoury maintenance silicone is an easy-to-use spray, 100% pure and acid-free, making it safe to apply. We recommend using Maintenance Silicone on a regular basis. It keeps the flexibility of the latex layer and prevents it from drying out, keeping the product wear-resistant.

Store your latex weapons horizontally or on their pommel, NEVER on their tip. Use a simple bed sheet or towel liner to keep them from touching a plastic or rubber surface to prevent your weapon from sticking to other products. Keep your weapons in a cool, dry environment.
