The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the current workload.

You may terminate the purchase contract made in our online store by sending an email within the aforementioned period.

You must send the item or items back to us by your own means. Shipments sent "carriage forward" (cash on delivery for shipping) will not be accepted.

After wearing, gently wipe the steel surfaces with a soft, dry cloth to remove

fingerprints, dirt, and moisture

. This prevents surface corrosion.

For tougher marks, use a lightly dampened cloth and dry thoroughly immediately.

Rust prevention:

Apply a thin, even layer of

light machine oil or armor preservation oil

to all metal parts after cleaning. Be sure to apply oil around rivets, hinges, and any overlapping plates where moisture can hide.

Leather care:

The suede lining should be kept dry. If it gets wet, let it air dry naturally and avoid direct sunlight or heat sources, which can crack the leather. Occasionally, condition the leather with a

pH-balanced leather conditioner

to keep it supple.

Storage:

Store the gauntlets in a

dry, low-humidity environment

. Avoid damp basements or overly hot attics. Use a breathable fabric bag (such as the included Lord of Battles drawstring bag) rather than a sealed plastic bag to allow air circulation and prevent moisture buildup.
