Todo Medieval reserves the right to deduct shipping and associated costs from the refund if:
-The customer has opened the package and the products show signs of damage or wear from use; a proportional amount or nothing will be refunded, depending on the condition of the product(s).


Refunds will not be issued until the order is received and its condition is verified.


International Orders

Todo Medieval, located in Spain, considers any country that is not a member of the European Union to be an international shipment.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the date of delivery of the order, to process your return due to withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal will not apply to products made by hand to order, products modified according to specifications requested by the buyer, or those clearly personalized, except in the case of a defect or manufacturing error. The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the current workload.

You may terminate the purchase contract made in our online store by sending an email within the aforementioned period.

You must send the item or items back to us by your own means. Shipments sent "carriage forward" (cash on delivery for shipping) will not be accepted.

The Customer is granted the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days from the receipt thereof. Outside of this period, cancellations of orders will not be accepted, nor will they be accepted for orders involving the supply of goods made according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly, etc., that have been unsealed and/or used by the Customer. The Customer must communicate their withdrawal to THE ENTITY via the Withdrawal Form (Link to Document) by email, postal mail, or fax, within that 14-day period. DETAILS

Epic Armoury's Medium Skull is a spooky decorative accessory in the shape of a medium-sized skull. Larger than our Small Skull, the Medium Skull will add extra detail to the lair of any necromancer, shaman, or warlock, or you can carry it with you as a terrifying trinket to strike horror into your enemies. It can also be the solution if you are customizing your armor to give it a more ruinous feel. Hand-painted and sculpted with intricate details, this item looks realistic down to the individually shaded teeth.

Made of durable yet very hard closed-cell foam and finished with a strong latex coating, this item is very suitable as a decoration piece.

Please note: This is not a throwing weapon!

Maintenance

All latex-coated weapons require a certain degree of maintenance. For this, we recommend using maintenance silicone, which can be purchased separately in the LARP Accessories section. Epic Armoury maintenance silicone is an easy-to-use spray application, 100% pure and acid-free, making it safe to apply. We recommend using Maintenance Silicone on a regular basis. It maintains the flexibility of the latex coating and prevents it from drying out, keeping the product resistant to wear and tear.

Store your latex weapons horizontally or on their pommel, NEVER on their tip. Use a simple sheet or towel lining to prevent it from touching a plastic or rubber surface to prevent your weapon from sticking to other products. Keep your weapons in a cool, dry environment.
