Roman Belt
DescriptionYou are a citizen of the Roman Empire and a professional heavy infantry soldier in the Roman army. You enlisted in your legion to serve twenty-five years of service, and you feel relieved and anxious knowing that you have only a few years left.
As you check that your Roman belt and other army-issued armor are secure, you feel prepared alongside your fellow soldiers to go into battle. You only hope that your training continues to serve you well. At the very least, you have confidence in the sharpness of your weapon.
DETAILS
The Roman belt from Epic Armoury is a belt inspired by the military belt worn by high-ranking Roman soldiers. The five hanging leather plates and the metal accessories of the Roman belt protect the groin, but ultimately, this is more for a show of rank than for armor.
Made of heavy canvas and edged with soft leather, this belt is constructed to prevent tearing or deformation in order to provide a durable solution for your Roman-inspired outfit. With a sturdy cotton cord tied at the back, adjust this belt to a wide range of sizes to suit your unique body.

Maintenance
Natural leather products are very durable but require regular maintenance with leather care products to remain flexible and increase their lifespan. Ensure your leather products are kept dry when storing them. Let wet leather dry naturally before treating it. If it gets wet and dry frequently, increase the frequency of maintenance.
Cleaning
Clean by removing dirt with a hard brush, then gently rub leather soap with a clean, damp cloth until the leather looks clean. Remove the soap with a separate damp cloth to clean any soap residue and then use a dry cloth to wipe remaining water from the leather.
Conditioning
You should always condition the leather after cleaning, as the soap will have stripped some of its natural oils. Treat the leather with mink oil, olive oil, or beeswax with a clean cloth, gently rubbing a small amount of oil or wax in circles onto the leather. Allow the leather to soak in the oil before wiping it down with a final clean cloth to remove excess residue.
