Todo Medieval reserves the right to deduct shipping and associated costs from the refund if:
-The customer has opened the package and the products show signs of damage or wear from use; a proportional amount or nothing will be refunded, depending on the condition of the product(s).


Refunds will not be issued until the order is received and its condition is verified.


International Orders

Todo Medieval, located in Spain, considers any country that is not a member of the European Union to be an international shipment.

The company is not responsible for the customs duties of each country; it is the customer's responsibility to investigate and settle these costs generated at their borders. Todo Medieval reserves the right to deduct shipping and associated costs from the refund if:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the date of delivery of the order, to process your return due to withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal will not apply to products made by hand to order, products modified according to specifications requested by the buyer, or those clearly personalized, except in the case of a defect or manufacturing error. The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the current workload.

You may terminate the purchase contract made in our online store by sending an email within the aforementioned period.

You must send the item or items back to us by your own means. Shipments sent "carriage forward" (cash on delivery for shipping) will not be accepted.

The Customer is granted the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days from the receipt thereof. Your favorite trophy is your Wildling Quiver, a sturdy yet essential piece of equipment that keeps your arrows ready to fly against the Crows.

The Epic Armoury Wildling Quiver is a round, rustic quiver that is perfect for carrying your arrows onto the field. It fits most LARP arrows and is made of beige suede and canvas. It has a circular bottom stitched to the body with flattened leather lacing. This leather lacing stitching also decorates the edges and the borders of the plates, a detail that gives the piece a lot of character. The quiver comes with a long, adjustable shoulder strap with a brass-plated iron buckle and is attached to metal rings at the top and bottom. There are several ring positions, allowing it to be worn over either shoulder, or however is most comfortable! Are you missing arrows to fill it as well? Maintenance

Natural leather products are very durable, but they require regular maintenance with leather care products to remain flexible and increase their lifespan. Ensure that your leather products are kept dry when storing them. Let wet leather dry naturally before treating it. If it gets wet and dry frequently, increase the frequency of maintenance.

Cleaning

Clean by removing dirt with a hard brush, then gently rub leather soap with a clean, damp cloth until the leather looks clean. Remove the soap with a separate damp cloth to wipe away any soap residue and then use a dry cloth to wipe the remaining water off the leather.

Conditioning

You should always condition the leather after cleaning it, as the soap will have removed some of its natural oils. Treat the leather with mink oil, olive oil, or beeswax with a clean cloth, gently rubbing a small amount of oil or wax in circles into the leather. Let the leather soak in the oil before wiping it down with a final clean cloth to remove excess residue.
