Todo Medieval reserves the right to deduct shipping and associated costs from the refund if:
-The customer has opened the package and the products show signs of damage or wear from use; a proportional amount or nothing will be refunded, depending on the condition of the product(s).


Refunds will not be issued until the order is received and its condition is verified.


International Orders

Todo Medieval, located in Spain, considers any country that is not a member of the European Union to be an international shipment.

The company is not responsible for the customs duties of each country; it is the customer's responsibility to investigate and settle these costs generated at their borders. Todo Medieval reserves the right to deduct shipping and associated costs from the refund if:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the date of delivery of the order, to process your return due to withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal will not apply to products made by hand to order, products modified according to specifications requested by the buyer, or those clearly personalized, except in the case of a defect or manufacturing error. The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the current workload.

You may terminate the purchase contract made in our online store by sending an email within the aforementioned period.

You must send the item or items back to us by your own means. Shipments sent "carriage forward" (cash on delivery for shipping) will not be accepted.

The Customer is granted the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days from the receipt thereof. Outside of this period, cancellations of orders will not be accepted, nor will they be accepted for orders involving the supply of goods made according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly, etc., that have been unsealed and/or used by the Customer. The Customer must communicate their withdrawal to THE ENTITY via the Withdrawal Form (Link to Document) by email, postal mail, or fax, within that 14-day period. DETAILS

Epic Armoury's Thor shoes are leather boots with soft suede on the inside. These ankle-high booties are made entirely of natural materials, making them a perfect complement to a historically inspired costume. The thick leather soles are classically stitched to the upper, which protects and shapes your feet over time. Secure these boots using the adjustable laces and buttons around the ankle.

Made of premium leather, these Thor shoes are designed to complete your historical or fantasy costume. With reinforced stitching around the edges and reinforced leather on the heels, these shoes are designed to withstand great abuse with regular leather care.

Maintenance

Natural leather products are very durable, but they require regular maintenance with leather care products to remain supple and increase their lifespan. Ensure that your leather products are kept dry when storing them. Allow wet leather to dry naturally before treating it. If it gets wet and dry frequently, increase the frequency of maintenance.

Cleaning

Clean by removing dirt with a hard brush, then gently rub leather soap with a clean, damp cloth until the leather looks clean. Remove the soap with a separate damp cloth to wipe away any soap residue and then use a dry cloth to wipe the remaining water from the leather.

Conditioning

You should always condition the leather after cleaning it, as the soap will have removed some of its natural oils. Treat the leather with mink oil, olive oil, or beeswax using a clean cloth, gently rubbing a small amount of oil or wax in circles into the leather. Let the leather soak in the oil before wiping it down with a final clean cloth to remove excess residue.
