If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the date of delivery of the order, to process your return due to withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal will not apply to products made by hand to order, products modified according to specifications requested by the buyer, or those clearly personalized, except in the case of a defect or manufacturing error. The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the current workload.

You may terminate the purchase contract made in our online store by sending an email within the aforementioned period.

You must send the item or items back to us by your own means. Shipments sent "carriage forward" (cash on delivery for shipping) will not be accepted.

The Customer is granted the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days from the receipt thereof. During the Viking Age, between the 8th and 11th centuries, Scandinavian women wore long wool tunics made with traditional weaving techniques such as diamond twill, a geometric pattern that identified the wearer's rank and craftsmanship. These garments, found in archaeological sites in Scandinavia and the British Isles, combined functionality and aesthetics in cold and demanding climates. The Ingrid Viking Dress recaptures that essence with 100% recycled 420 g/m² wool for the body and 80% wool diamond twill trim, creating a top-tier piece of historical reenactment clothing.
