DELIVERY TIMES

Our products are delivered via various courier agencies (Seur, Correos, Gls, Fedex, or Nacex) using express home delivery. Delivery times range from 24 hours to several weeks depending on:

Available stock.
Product manufacturing (some products are made to order, which entails a longer time than usual).
Product customization (There are products, whether manufactured or in stock, that can be customized, which may increase shipping time).
Workload (We have dates when order volume exceeds our resources, such as Black Friday, although we usually bolster our staff).
Reasons beyond the company's control (For shipments, we rely on companies like Nacex, Correos, and others that may have their own complications; there are also customs issues, weather-related causes, and other factors outside EYM's direct control).

European Union Orders

Todo Medieval reserves the right to deduct shipping and associated costs from the refund if:
-The customer has opened the package and the products show signs of damage or wear from use; a proportional amount or nothing will be refunded, depending on the condition of the product(s).

Refunds will not be issued until the order is received and its condition is verified.

International Orders

Todo Medieval, located in Spain, considers any country that is not a member of the European Union to be an international shipment.

The company is not responsible for the customs duties of each country; it is the customer's responsibility to investigate and settle these costs generated at their borders. Todo Medieval reserves the right to deduct shipping and associated costs from the refund if:

-The customer refuses to pay customs duties.

-The customer has opened the package and the products show signs of damage or wear from use; a proportional amount or nothing will be refunded, depending on the condition of the product(s).

RETURN POLICY

We provide an after-sales service to resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping of our items, keeping our customers informed at all times.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the date of delivery of the order, to process your return due to withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal will not apply to products made by hand to order, products modified according to specifications requested by the buyer, or those clearly personalized, except in the case of a defect or manufacturing error. The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the current workload.

You may terminate the purchase contract made in our online store by sending an email within the aforementioned period.

You must send the item or items back to us by your own means. Shipments sent "carriage forward" (cash on delivery for shipping) will not be accepted.

The Customer is granted the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days from the receipt thereof. Outside of this period, cancellations of orders will not be accepted, nor will they be accepted for orders involving the supply of goods made according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly, etc., that have been unsealed and/or used by the Customer. The Customer must communicate their withdrawal to THE ENTITY via the Withdrawal Form (Link to Document) by email, postal mail, or fax, within that 14-day period. The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the Customer. Products must be in the same condition in which they were received, with the original packaging, and cannot have been used. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer.

Herwald knight's tent, 3 m

With its 3 m diameter, this robust and authentic knight's tent offers enough space for approximately 3 people, including luggage and equipment. The surrounding valance makes it a real eye-catcher. The tent can be set up and taken down in the blink of an eye with just a few hands. Thanks to the high side walls, you will have enough standing height anywhere in the tent. The large, removable canopy guarantees a shady spot in the sun on the one hand, and keeps your feet dry in the rain on the other, with a sufficient entrance height of approx. 1.90 m. The side wall is firmly sewn to the roof, but can also be supplied detachable for a small additional cost.

Our tents and tarpaulins are pre-impregnated and are therefore water-repellent. To maintain and renew the waterproofing, we recommend regular treatment with waterproofing spray, e.g., Pluvonin. This way, you will enjoy your tent for a long time.

The fabrics are made of 100% cotton. Naturally impregnated water-repellent and rot-proof.
5-year manufacturer's warranty on the processing of the seams of the connected fabric panels to prevent them from unraveling completely on their own (provided they are used correctly).

Important information on the assembly, handling, and care of our historical tents

So that you can enjoy your Viking tent, Roman tent, Saxon tent, knight's tent, Medieval Everything, merchant's tent for a long time, or if you have a stall at the medieval market, the following tips will be of great help:

Setting it up is relatively easy, quick, and stress-free. The length of the poles can be adjusted individually. When installing, keep in mind that the angle of the roof should be continuous with the rope to the stake and the stake must be aligned with the corner or loop of your tent. Do not overtighten the ropes, because natural materials like wood and cotton change with humidity and need room to expand or contract. This prevents, e.g., the expansion of the openings for the poles in the roof, which would then allow water to penetrate. At night, we recommend loosening the ropes slightly, as humidity increases significantly and there is a possibility that too much pressure will be exerted on your tent. If it rains or it is very humid, loosen the ropes slightly.

When attaching the side wall, it is advantageous to start with the side of the tent opening. If possible, the tent walls should not touch the ground completely (except for those with a ground sheet). This is also protection against humidity and mold. After use, be sure to dry the tent if it has become damp; otherwise, there is a risk of mold formation. You should never wrap the wooden poles in plastic film or anything similar. Once dry, simply wipe them down with a cotton cloth. Under no circumstances should you use chemicals or other cleaning products to clean your tent. It is best to remove dry dirt with a brush. If you want to store it for a longer period, separate all elements (pegs, ropes, etc.) from the tent canvas and it is best to pack everything separately. Make sure all parts are dry and stored in a dry place.
