The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the current workload.

You may terminate the purchase contract made in our online store by sending an email within the aforementioned period.

You must send the item or items back to us by your own means. Shipments sent "carriage forward" (cash on delivery for shipping) will not be accepted.

The Customer is granted the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days from the receipt thereof. The sturdy and practical Saxon market tent offers enough space for the small merchant, trader, juggler, or cook to offer their goods for sale, store their belongings, and even provide shelter for a servant or spouse. With a generous height of 2.30 m, even tall people can stand upright. By opening one side completely, nothing remains hidden from the customer, and they are protected from the sun and rain under a canopy. Two people can set it up quickly in just a few steps.

The tent canvas is extra-strong at 425 g/m2 and is already impregnated against mold and rot. All accessories, such as pegs, cotton ropes, and tent tensioners, are supplied with the market stall. The divisible poles allow for compact transport options even in smaller vehicles.

Please be informed that our tents are hand-stitched products made of pure cotton, which may vary by up to 10% from the specified dimensions and weights.

Our tents and camping tarpaulins are pre-impregnated and are therefore water-repellent. To maintain and renew the waterproofing, we recommend regular treatment with a waterproofing spray, e.g., Pluvonin. This will allow you to enjoy your tent for a long time.

Important information on assembly, handling, and care of our historical tents

So that you can enjoy your Viking tent, Roman tent, Saxon tent, Knight's tent, Todo Medieval tent, merchant's tent, or medieval market stall for a long time, the following tips are useful:

Setup is relatively easy and can be done quickly and without stress thanks to the loop system. The length of the poles can be adjusted individually. When installing, keep in mind that the angle of the roof should be continuous with the rope to the stake, and the stake should be aligned with the corner or loop of your tent. Do not overtighten the ropes, because natural materials like wood and cotton change with humidity and need room to expand or contract. This prevents, for example, the enlargement of the openings for the poles in the roof, which would allow water to penetrate later. At night, we recommend loosening the ropes slightly, as humidity increases significantly and there is a possibility that too much pressure will be exerted on the tent. If it rains or is very humid, loosen the ropes a little as well.

When attaching the side wall, it is an advantage to start on the side of the tent opening. If possible, the tent walls should not touch the ground completely (except for those with a groundsheet). This is also protection against moisture and mold. After use, be sure to dry the tent if it has become damp; otherwise, there is a risk of mold formation. You should never wrap wooden poles in plastic film or anything similar. Once dry, just wipe them with a cotton cloth. Under no circumstances should you use chemicals or other cleaning products to clean your tent. It is best to remove dry dirt with a brush. If you want to store it for a longer period of time, separate all elements (pegs, ropes, etc.) from the tent canvas and, ideally, pack everything separately. Make sure all parts are dry and stored in a dry place.
