The right of withdrawal will not apply to products made by hand to order, products modified according to specifications requested by the buyer, or those clearly personalized, except in the case of a defect or manufacturing error. The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the current workload.

You may terminate the purchase contract made in our online store by sending an email within the aforementioned period.

You must send the item or items back to us by your own means. Shipments sent "carriage forward" (cash on delivery for shipping) will not be accepted.

The Customer is granted the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days from the receipt thereof. Treat Yourself to Herold Knight's Tent, 5 x 5 m, 425 g/m², Natural Color


Herold Knight's Tent, 5 x 5 m

With the simple Battle-Merchant Herold, you get an affordable yet spacious and functional tent for military camps, medieval markets, or LARP. It offers enough space for up to 5 people along with luggage and equipment, and with a side height of approximately 1.90 m and a central height of approximately 3 m, there is enough headroom even for taller people. The knight's tent is decorated all around with a valance. At the bottom, there is a wind and dirt skirt. The two split side walls allow the Battle-Merchant to be opened from the front and back. Without side walls, you can use the tent as a canopy. To keep the tent compact, we do not use a canopy.

The Herold knight's tent is delivered complete, that is, with poles and accessories.

Our tents and camping tarps are pre-impregnated and are therefore water-repellent. To maintain and renew the waterproofing, we recommend regular treatment with waterproofing spray, e.g., Pluvonin. This way, you will be able to enjoy your tent for a long time.

Colors and material:
- Natural color (cotton, 425 g/m²)

Dimensions are approximate and may differ from the delivered product. The tents are handmade, which makes them look as authentic as possible, but also implies one or two small defects. Cotton is a natural material that behaves differently under different external conditions, i.e., it can shrink or stretch very strongly. This means that the supplied iron poles may not fit immediately into the intended openings. It may be necessary to shorten the poles slightly. Do not try to stretch the tent skin with great force. This increases the risk of it tearing or the seams opening.

Important information on the assembly, handling, and care of our historical tents

So that you can enjoy your Viking tent, Roman tent, Saxon tent, knight's tent, or Battle-Merchant tent for a long time, whether you have a camping tent or a stall at a medieval market, the following tips will be useful:

Do not over-tighten the ropes because natural materials like wood and cotton change with humidity and need space to expand or contract. This prevents, for example, the openings for the poles in the roof from widening, which could allow water to penetrate later. At night, we recommend loosening the ropes slightly, as humidity increases significantly and there is a possibility that too much pressure will be exerted on your tent. If it is raining or very humid, loosen the ropes a little as well.
After use, make sure to dry your tent if it has become damp, otherwise there is a risk of mold. Under no circumstances should you use chemicals or other cleaning products to clean your tent. It is best to remove dry dirt with a brush. If you want to store it for a longer period, separate all elements (pegs, ropes, etc.) from the tent tarp and, ideally, pack everything separately. Make sure that all parts are dry and stored in a dry place.
