These
steel sabatons
are inspired by medieval European armor to protect the feet while allowing natural movement when walking or fighting. Historically worn by knights from the 14th to the 16th centuries, sabatons formed the final layer of full plate armor, protecting one of the most vulnerable areas on the battlefield.
Crafted from
18-gauge mild steel,
these
medieval sabatons
are perfect in terms of protection, weight, and mobility. The steel plates are shaped and riveted to create articulated lames, allowing for greater foot flexibility with every step. This articulation makes them suitable not only for display but also for active use.

The sabatons are made of
