The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the current workload.

You may terminate the purchase contract made in our online store by sending an email within the aforementioned period.

You must send the item or items back to us by your own means. Shipments sent "carriage forward" (cash on delivery for shipping) will not be accepted.

The Customer is granted the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days from the receipt thereof. Maintenance

Natural leather products are very durable, but require regular maintenance with leather care products to remain flexible and increase their lifespan. Ensure your leather products are kept dry when storing them. Let wet leather dry naturally before treating it. If it gets wet and dries frequently, increase the frequency of maintenance.

Cleaning

Clean by removing dirt with a stiff brush, then gently rub leather soap with a clean, damp cloth until the leather looks clean. Remove the soap with a separate damp cloth to clean off any soap residue, and then use a dry cloth to wipe remaining water from the leather.

Conditioning

You should always condition the leather after cleaning, as the soap will have removed some of its natural oils. Treat the leather with mink oil, olive oil, or beeswax using a clean cloth, gently rubbing a small amount of oil or wax in circles into the leather. Let the leather soak in the oil before wiping it down with a final clean cloth to remove excess residue.
