The Kershaw Leek is arguably the ideal EDC (everyday carry) knife. With its approximately 3" blade, this folding knife is a good size without being bulky. Its slim profile makes it easy to carry, and its sharp, durable Sandvik 14C28N steel blade is capable of performing a wide range of cutting tasks.
With its modified drop-point blade, this knife is well-suited for slicing, but the blade's slim tip also gives it good piercing capabilities and makes it extremely practical for fine tasks. Like other Onion* knives, the Leek is equipped with the ambidextrous SpeedSafe opening mechanism. Whether you are right- or left-handed, simply press the protruding flipper or push the thumb stud forward and the blade is ready for use.
An extremely stable frame lock, which ensures a secure lock-up, guarantees reliable handling of the blade when open, and a tip-lock slider keeps the blade firmly in position when the Leek is closed.
