In the era of the German mercenaries
Pikes at the ready, steel and companies of soldiers marching from one campaign to the next. 16th-century Europe was the era of large infantry formations and mercenary troops, among whom the German landsknechts achieved extraordinary fame on the battlefields of the Renaissance.
This morion is inspired by German models from the second half of the 16th century associated with infantry soldiers. Crafted from approximately 1.2 mm steel, it combines the characteristic silhouette of the Renaissance helmet with an approximate weight of 1.9 kg, lighter than versions built with thicker steel.
Leather interior and adjustable fit
The helmet incorporates a height-adjustable leather inner lining and a chin strap for a more stable fit.
It is designed for head circumferences of up to approximately 62 cm.

This morion evokes that military world without being attributed to a specific unit: a Renaissance Europe marked by mercenary companies, long pikes, and the growing roar of firearms.
