DELIVERY TIMES

Our products are delivered via various courier agencies (Seur, Correos, Gls, Fedex, or Nacex) using express home delivery. Delivery times range from 24 hours to several weeks depending on:

Available stock.
Product manufacturing (some products are made to order, which entails a longer time than usual).
Product customization (There are products, whether manufactured or in stock, that can be customized, which may increase shipping time).
Workload (We have dates when order volume exceeds our resources, such as Black Friday, although we usually bolster our staff).
Reasons beyond the company's control (For shipments, we rely on companies like Nacex, Correos, and others that may have their own complications; there are also customs issues, weather-related causes, and other factors outside EYM's direct control).

European Union Orders

Todo Medieval reserves the right to deduct shipping and associated costs from the refund if:
-The customer has opened the package and the products show signs of damage or wear from use; a proportional amount or nothing will be refunded, depending on the condition of the product(s).

Refunds will not be issued until the order is received and its condition is verified.

International Orders

Todo Medieval, located in Spain, considers any country that is not a member of the European Union to be an international shipment.

The company is not responsible for the customs duties of each country; it is the customer's responsibility to investigate and settle these costs generated at their borders. Todo Medieval reserves the right to deduct shipping and associated costs from the refund if:

-The customer refuses to pay customs duties.

-The customer has opened the package and the products show signs of damage or wear from use; a proportional amount or nothing will be refunded, depending on the condition of the product(s).

RETURN POLICY

We provide an after-sales service to resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping of our items, keeping our customers informed at all times.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the date of delivery of the order, to process your return due to withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal will not apply to products made by hand to order, products modified according to specifications requested by the buyer, or those clearly personalized, except in the case of a defect or manufacturing error. The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the current workload.

You may terminate the purchase contract made in our online store by sending an email within the aforementioned period.

You must send the item or items back to us by your own means. Shipments sent "carriage forward" (cash on delivery for shipping) will not be accepted.

The Customer is granted the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days from the receipt thereof. Outside of this period, cancellations of orders will not be accepted, nor will they be accepted for orders involving the supply of goods made according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly, etc., that have been unsealed and/or used by the Customer. The Customer must communicate their withdrawal to THE ENTITY via the Withdrawal Form (Link to Document) by email, postal mail, or fax, within that 14-day period. The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the Customer. Products must be in the same condition in which they were received, with the original packaging, and cannot have been used. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer.

This sturdy and authentic medieval canopy offers enough space for every purpose. Whether as a stall at a medieval market, as protection against sun or rain, or as a storage or party tent, this tent is always the right choice. With its generous 36 m² surface area, it offers enough space for about 20 people. The surrounding valance makes it a real eye-catcher. The tent can be set up and taken down in the blink of an eye with just a few hands. Thanks to the high side walls and a center height of no less than 4.40 m, you will have enough headroom to stand and space to dance and jump anywhere in the tent.

The 100% cotton tent fabric is extremely tear-resistant and almost waterproof thanks to its special design (twill weave).

Our camping tents and tarps are pre-impregnated and therefore water-repellent. To maintain and renew the waterproofing, we recommend regular treatment with waterproofing spray, e.g., Pluvonin. This way, you will enjoy your tent for a long time.

Please note that the tent will be manufactured specifically according to your wishes. This results in longer delivery times.

Our canopy is available in different versions:

The fabrics are 100% cotton, naturally impregnated as water-repellent and rot-resistant.
5-year manufacturer's warranty on the processing of the seams of the connected fabric panels to prevent them from unraveling completely on their own (provided it is used correctly).

Important information regarding the assembly, handling, and care of our historical tents

So that you can enjoy your Viking tent, Roman tent, Saxon tent, knight's tent, Todo Medieval tent, or medieval market stall for a long time, the following tips will be useful:
Setting it up is relatively easy, fast, and stress-free. The length of the poles can be adjusted individually. When installing, keep in mind that the angle of the roof should be continuous with the rope to the stake, and the stake should be aligned with the corner or loop of your tent. Do not tension the ropes too tightly, because natural materials like wood and cotton change with humidity and need space to expand or contract. This prevents, e.g., the openings for the poles in the roof from widening and then allowing water to penetrate. At night, we recommend loosening the ropes slightly, as humidity increases significantly and there is a possibility that too much pressure will be exerted on your tent. If it rains or is very humid, loosen the ropes slightly.

When attaching the side wall, it is advantageous to start with the side of the tent opening. If possible, the tent walls should not touch the ground completely (except for those with mud flaps). This also protects against humidity and mold.
After use, make sure to dry the tent if it has become damp; otherwise, there is a risk of mold formation. You should never wrap the wooden poles in plastic film or similar. Once dry, simply wipe them with a cotton cloth.
Do not use chemicals or other cleaning agents to clean your tent. It is best to remove dry dirt with a brush.
For storage over a longer period, separate all elements (pegs, ropes, etc.) from the tent canvas and it is best to pack everything separately. Ensure all parts are dry and stored in a dry place.
