International Orders

Todo Medieval, located in Spain, considers any country that is not a member of the European Union to be an international shipment.

The company is not responsible for the customs duties of each country; it is the customer's responsibility to investigate and settle these costs generated at their borders. Todo Medieval reserves the right to deduct shipping and associated costs from the refund if:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the date of delivery of the order, to process your return due to withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal will not apply to products made by hand to order, products modified according to specifications requested by the buyer, or those clearly personalized, except in the case of a defect or manufacturing error. The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the current workload.

You may terminate the purchase contract made in our online store by sending an email within the aforementioned period.

You must send the item or items back to us by your own means. Shipments sent "carriage forward" (cash on delivery for shipping) will not be accepted.

The Customer is granted the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days from the receipt thereof. The Customer must communicate their withdrawal to THE ENTITY via the Withdrawal Form (Link to Document) by email, postal mail, or fax, within that 14-day period. The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the Customer. Products must be in the same condition in which they were received, with the original packaging, and cannot have been used. DETAILS

The dark brown Illuminate sword holder by Epic Armoury is a beautifully designed leather frog to keep your weapon conveniently close. This frog is open at both ends and features a beautiful vine embossing and a soft inner lining to prevent scratches on your elven sword or dagger.

Combine this Illuminate sword holder with any character you wish to equip, especially an elf or a sophisticated noble, by securing the holder to your belt via the reversible loops. Made from vegetable-tanned full-grain leather and stitched with durable thread around the edges, this weapon holder is built to maintain its shape and withstand the abuse of a LARP with regular leather care.

The Illuminate sword holder can be used with the left or right hand by reversing the removable leather straps.

Maintenance

Natural leather products are very durable but require regular maintenance with leather care products to remain flexible and increase their lifespan. Ensure your leather products are kept dry when stored. Allow wet leather to dry naturally before treating it. If it gets wet and dries frequently, increase the frequency of maintenance.

Cleaning

Clean by removing dirt with a hard brush, then gently rub leather soap with a clean, damp cloth until the leather looks clean. Remove the soap with a separate damp cloth to clean any soap residue and then use a dry cloth to wipe remaining water from the leather.

Conditioning

You should always condition the leather after cleaning, as the soap will have removed some of its natural oils. Treat the leather with mink oil, olive oil, or beeswax with a clean cloth, gently rubbing a small amount of oil or wax in circles into the leather. Let the leather soak in the oil before wiping it with a final clean cloth to remove excess residue.
