That's why the Haxe is your new favorite weapon in the world. You save space on your belt and can easily switch from axe to hammer in one fell swoop! It's the best of both worlds.
DETAILS
The Epic Armoury Haxe is a deadly 85cm axe designed for the cunning fighter. It features a 16cm long axe blade and an opposing hammer for more effective armor fighting. The head is hand-painted to look like real metal, adorned with etched crosses, and made of soft, safety-grade foam. The sharpened head attaches to the shaft, which is hand-painted and sculpted to look like matching fluted metal. The 12cm handle at the end of the Haxe is wrapped in suede leather for both appearance and comfort.
Made from durable closed-cell foam around a solid 10mm fiberglass core and finished with a strong latex coating, your new LARP axe will give you the safety and appeal you want when building your Sovereign kit.
HISTORY
- The first hafted axe was created approximately 6,000 BC using birch tar and rawhide lashings to secure the blade to its handle.
- Many battle axes served as tools and were cheaper to make than swords.

All latex-coated weapons require a certain level of maintenance. For this purpose, we recommend using maintenance silicone, which can be purchased separately in the LARP Accessories section. Epic Armory Maintenance Silicone is an easy-to-use spray that is 100% pure and acid-free, making it safe to apply. We recommend using Maintenance Silicone regularly. It maintains the flexibility of the latex layer and prevents it from drying out, keeping the product resistant to wear and tear.
Store your latex guns horizontally or on their pommel, NEVER on their tip. Use a simple sheet or towel lining to prevent them from touching a plastic or rubber surface and prevent your gun from sticking to other products. Keep your guns in a cool, dry environment.
