If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the date of delivery of the order, to process your return due to withdrawal.

The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the current workload.

You may terminate the purchase contract made in our online store by sending an email within the aforementioned period.

You must send the item or items back to us by your own means. Shipments sent "carriage forward" (cash on delivery for shipping) will not be accepted.

DETAILS

The Dark Elven Glaive by Epic Armoury is a weapon designed specifically for the Dark Elven collection. This 190 cm glaive features a finely sculpted double-edged blade with a deep fuller. Spine-like barbs add to the blade’s bone-like appearance, along with the hand-sculpted and painted details. The shaft is a smooth 90 cm long pole, with a finish that looks like dark wood.

Made of durable closed-cell foam around a solid fiberglass core and finished with a strong latex coating, you can be sure that your LARP weapon will provide the safety and appeal you want when creating your battlefield kit.

INSPIRATION

  • A fuller, or the groove that runs the entire length of the blade, was added to weapons to lighten the blade while also adding structural strength
  • Dark elves were first mentioned in Norse mythology as the Dökkálfar or Svartálfar written in the Prose Edda in the 13th century

Maintenance

All latex-coated weapons need a certain degree of maintenance. For this, we recommend using maintenance silicone, which can be purchased separately in the LARP Accessories section. Epic Armoury maintenance silicone is an easy spray application, 100% pure and acid-free, making it safe to apply. We recommend using maintenance silicone on a regular basis. It maintains the flexibility of the latex layer and prevents it from drying out, keeping the product resistant to wear and tear.

Store your latex weapons horizontally or on their pommel, NEVER on their tip. Use a simple sheet or towel liner to prevent it from touching a plastic or rubber surface to avoid your weapon sticking to other products. Keep your weapons in a cool, dry environment.
