Welcome another rogue addition to the Stronghold line: Epic Armory's Stronghold Bastard Sword, the defiant beauty!
This 96cm sword has a 67cm blade designed to be lightweight while maintaining its structural stability. Made with EVA foam around a fiberglass core and finished with a strong, stunning paint job, this sword is as smooth as any latex-coated weapon, but even tougher in battle! Due to the density of the blade, there is a chance of paint rubbing off due to the friction caused when the blade and another dry surface make contact. To mitigate this, we recommend coating the blade with a thin layer of silicone, which will reduce friction and, in turn, stress on the paint.
The steel-colored crossguard is adorned with subtle gold details, and the handle is molded and painted to resemble hardwood. A simple pommel with a scented cap at the end of the handle promises that this simple sword will get the job done.

Read this before buying your bastard sword
If you plan to use a Stronghold Master Collection weapon for LARP combat, be sure to apply a coat of Epic Armory Maintenance Silicone or Protective Gel to protect the blade's paint finish. Marks on weapons, especially darker colored ones, are to be expected after extended use, even with a protective coating.
