Todo Medieval reserves the right to deduct shipping and associated costs from the refund if:
-The customer has opened the package and the products show signs of damage or wear from use; a proportional amount or nothing will be refunded, depending on the condition of the product(s).


Refunds will not be issued until the order is received and its condition is verified.


International Orders

Todo Medieval, located in Spain, considers any country that is not a member of the European Union to be an international shipment.

The company is not responsible for the customs duties of each country; it is the customer's responsibility to investigate and settle these costs generated at their borders. Todo Medieval reserves the right to deduct shipping and associated costs from the refund if:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the date of delivery of the order, to process your return due to withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal will not apply to products made by hand to order, products modified according to specifications requested by the buyer, or those clearly personalized, except in the case of a defect or manufacturing error. The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the current workload.

You may terminate the purchase contract made in our online store by sending an email within the aforementioned period.

You must send the item or items back to us by your own means. Shipments sent "carriage forward" (cash on delivery for shipping) will not be accepted.

The Customer is granted the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days from the receipt thereof. Outside of this period, cancellations of orders will not be accepted, nor will they be accepted for orders involving the supply of goods made according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly, etc., that have been unsealed and/or used by the Customer. The Customer must communicate their withdrawal to THE ENTITY via the Withdrawal Form (Link to Document) by email, postal mail, or fax, within that 14-day period. Raider Shield - 90 x 45 cm

Description

RAMSHACKLE GEAR

Inspired by the shape of the crescent shields used by Peltasts in ancient Greece, the Raider Shield by Epic Armoury is a crescent-shaped shield designed with ruinous raiders and warmongers in mind. Sculpted and hand-painted, one side shows a hammered metal finish and the other a smooth, dark surface. To give the shield a worn look, rusted effects have been added, and triangular rivets around the edges help give the impression that this shield has been modified and reinforced with salvaged materials. The two perforated rings on the upper corner of the shield are great details that add character and make this product stand out from most other shields.

The Raider Shield will work just as well for a goblin invader or a brutal orc from a high-fantasy realm as it will for a marauding bandit or a dark knight.

Crafted from durable closed-cell foam and coated in latex, this shield is more than ready for LARP battle. The three-position grip and adjustable buckle straps found on the inner side will ensure you maintain a secure hold as you fight your way through your enemies.

  • A "pelta shield" was a crescent-shaped shield used by light infantry as their primary protection
  • Originated in Thrace and Paeonia in ancient Greece
  • Made of wicker and covered in goatskin/sheepskin

Maintenance

All latex-coated products need a certain degree of maintenance. For this, we recommend using maintenance silicone, which can be purchased separately in the LARP Accessories section. Epic Armoury maintenance silicone is an easy-to-apply spray, 100% pure and acid-free, making it safe to apply. We recommend using Maintenance Silicone on a regular basis. It keeps the latex layer flexible and prevents it from drying out, keeping the product resistant to wear and tear.

Store your latex shield in a cool, dry place. Use a simple sheet or towel to prevent it from touching a plastic or rubber surface and avoid your shield sticking to other products.
