Wild Elf Dagger - 55 cm

Description

STRIKE THROUGH THE FOREST FLOOR

The Epic Armoury Wild Elf Dagger is a slender, slightly curved 31 cm blade. It has no crossguard, but a thin, coreless pommel. The sharp, organic features make the Wild Elf Dagger perfect for a Wood Elven LARP character. The handle, wrapped in durable split leather, allows for a firm and comfortable grip on the battlefield. Made from durable closed-cell foam around a fiberglass core and finished with a strong latex coating, you can be sure that your LARP weapon will provide the safety and appeal you desire when creating your elf-inspired kit.

HISTORY

  • Elves were originally a creation of Germanic mythology and folklore
  • Slender and elegant blade style inspired by high fantasy genre games like Dungeons & Dragons and J.R.R. Tolkein's The Lord of the Rings series
  • The curved design inspired by scimitars is especially effective for slashing (rather than stabbing) in combat

Quality

  • Strong latex coating with a round fiberglass core
  • Strong Kevlar core tip protection
  • Made from durable closed-cell foam that does not shred
  • High safety, approved by major organizations

This product is hand-made and hand-painted and is therefore unique. As a result, compared to similar item numbers, this product may have natural deviations in pattern, color, and shape, which are not considered defects or faults.
We produce our image material in a natural environment, where lighting and surroundings can affect colors and contrast. Therefore, the displayed images may appear different from the product you receive from us.

All measurements are in cm unless otherwise stated.

Maintenance

All latex-coated weapons need a certain degree of maintenance. For this, we recommend using maintenance silicone, which can be purchased separately in the LARP Accessories section. Epic Armoury Maintenance Silicone is an easy, 100% pure, acid-free spray application, making it safe to apply. We recommend using Maintenance Silicone on a regular basis. It maintains the flexibility of the latex layer and prevents it from drying out, keeping the product resistant to wear.

Store your latex weapons horizontally or on their pommel, NEVER on their tip. Use a simple bed sheet or towel liner to prevent it from touching a plastic or rubber surface to avoid your weapon sticking to other products. Keep your weapons in a cool, dry environment.
