International Orders

Todo Medieval, located in Spain, considers any country that is not a member of the European Union to be an international shipment.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the date of delivery of the order, to process your return due to withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal will not apply to products made by hand to order, products modified according to specifications requested by the buyer, or those clearly personalized, except in the case of a defect or manufacturing error. The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the current workload.

You may terminate the purchase contract made in our online store by sending an email within the aforementioned period.

You must send the item or items back to us by your own means. Shipments sent "carriage forward" (cash on delivery for shipping) will not be accepted.

The Customer is granted the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days from the receipt thereof. Epic Armoury’s Elven Throwing Knife Holder comes with a knife and is designed specifically to store and protect a curved Epic Armoury elven throwing knife. The handmade holder attaches to any belt or baldric thanks to two leather straps. Thanks to the curved design, this knife holder will keep your throwing weapon secure even during the toughest combat.

Made of brown full-grain leather, brass eyelets, and reinforced stitching around the edges, this knife holder is designed to hold its shape and withstand the abuse of a LARP with regular leather care. With the addition of a decorative vine ornament on the front, this is a particularly good accessory for an elf or druid.

Maintenance

Natural leather products are very durable, but require regular maintenance with leather care products to stay flexible and increase their lifespan. Ensure your leather products are kept dry when storing them. Allow wet leather to dry naturally before treating it. If it gets wet and dry frequently, increase the frequency of maintenance.

Cleaning

Clean by removing dirt with a hard brush, then gently rub leather soap with a clean, damp cloth until the leather looks clean. Remove the soap with a separate damp cloth to clean any soap residue and then use a dry cloth to wipe the remaining water from the leather.

Conditioning

You should always condition the leather after cleaning it, as the soap will have removed some of its natural oils. Treat the leather with mink oil, olive oil, or beeswax with a clean cloth, gently rubbing a small amount of oil or wax in circles into the leather. Allow the leather to soak in the oil before wiping it with a final clean cloth to remove excess residue.
