The hauberk was the long chainmail shirt that medieval knights wore over a gambeson during the Crusades and the great battles of the Middle Ages, providing protection for the torso, arms, and upper legs. This hauberk chainmail is handcrafted using 9mm round riveted rings alternated with solid flat rings in 18-gauge steel, woven in the classic 4-in-1 pattern. Available in Black and Grey, sizes M to XXL. It is recommended to wear over a padded gambeson for greater comfort.
