Noble Leather Couters
DescriptionIt is your duty as a paladin born of noble birth to look after the less fortunate. Your family may not appreciate the needs of the poor, but you are a beacon of hope and a fighter for justice.
Dressed in your noble leather coats and matching armor, you arrive in town with plenty of food to share. They consider you a hero... and, to be honest, you really look like one.
DETAILS
Epic Armoury’s Dark Red Noble Leather Couter is a pair of leather guards designed to protect the elbows. Molded and cut to provide the greatest protection to the entire elbow, including the sides and part of the arms, you can trust this armor to keep you fighting. Most importantly, these couters also feature incredible details like scalloped leather, red velvet edges, and soft leather.
Made of top-grain hard leather, these armor pieces are designed to withstand the abuse of a LARP or reenactment with regular leather care. A leather strap is used to keep each of the Noble Leather Couters in place. Brass eyelets can be used to securely attach the couter to a gambeson or shirt. Worn alone or with a full set of armor, these Noble Leather Couters are sure to add some class to your costume.
Available in dark red, green, and epic black; and also available in one size.

Maintenance
Natural leather products are very durable, but they require regular maintenance with leather care products to stay flexible and increase their lifespan. Ensure that your leather products are kept dry when storing them. Allow wet leather to dry naturally before treating it. If it gets wet and dry frequently, increase the frequency of maintenance.
The velvet used in this product is soft to the touch. This material also has a "wrong" side and a "right" side, whereas only the outside of the garment appears plush.
Cleaning
Clean it by removing dirt with a hard brush, then gently rub with leather soap and a clean, damp cloth until the leather appears clean. Remove the soap with a separate damp cloth to clean off any soap residue and then use a dry cloth to wipe remaining water from the leather.
The velvet should be brushed and spot cleaned with warm water.
Conditioning
You should always condition the leather after cleaning it, as the soap will have removed some of its natural oils. Treat the leather with mink oil, olive oil, or beeswax using a clean cloth, gently rubbing a small amount of oil or wax in circles onto the leather. Let the leather soak in the oil before wiping it down with a final clean cloth to remove excess residue.
