Todo Medieval reserves the right to deduct shipping and associated costs from the refund if:
-The customer has opened the package and the products show signs of damage or wear from use; a proportional amount or nothing will be refunded, depending on the condition of the product(s).


Refunds will not be issued until the order is received and its condition is verified.


International Orders

Todo Medieval, located in Spain, considers any country that is not a member of the European Union to be an international shipment.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the date of delivery of the order, to process your return due to withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal will not apply to products made by hand to order, products modified according to specifications requested by the buyer, or those clearly personalized, except in the case of a defect or manufacturing error. The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the current workload.

You may terminate the purchase contract made in our online store by sending an email within the aforementioned period.

You must send the item or items back to us by your own means. Shipments sent "carriage forward" (cash on delivery for shipping) will not be accepted.

The Customer is granted the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days from the receipt thereof. Outside of this period, cancellations of orders will not be accepted, nor will they be accepted for orders involving the supply of goods made according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly, etc., that have been unsealed and/or used by the Customer. The Customer must communicate their withdrawal to THE ENTITY via the Withdrawal Form (Link to Document) by email, postal mail, or fax, within that 14-day period. DETAILS

Epic Armoury’s dark brown/dryad green Edrahil cape is a knee-length cape with a high brown collar and pleated green fabric. The design is intended to serve as a fashion accessory, a style-focused top layer that gives structure to the shoulders and an air of authority. Made of cotton and cut to include extra flowing fabric pleated at the shoulders, this cape features an open front so your hands remain free while you fight or order your guards to fight for you. Its high-ranking appearance makes it a great accessory for a variety of Renaissance or fantasy costumes, especially those of nobility or officers.

The Edrahil Cape is a powerful cut with longer sides. Secure the cape by overlapping the collar in front of the neck and tying its leather ties through the top leather patch.

Maintenance

This medium cotton product is soft to the touch but heavier than light cotton. This material wrinkles easily, but can be ironed at a medium temperature.

Cleaning

Machine wash at 40°C / 104°F. Be sure to wash it once before wearing to ensure that any remaining dye is removed from the product. It is recommended to wash with similar colored clothing to reduce the risk of dye marks.

Tumble dry on low heat, but keep in mind that it may shrink by up to 5%. For general stains or discoloration, treat with a commercial fabric cleaner or dab with warm water and a soft cloth.
