DescriptionOne of your greatest lessons was learning never to be caught, and it is the person always on the move who survives. You travel from tavern to barn to abandoned hut, never settling down or forming bonds. You are the wandering adventurer.
Your many travels require a pair of traveler boots designed to last. You trust these boots to keep you on your feet! Along with your sword, armor, and skill, you hope to live long enough to become a wise old veteran. You certainly have a survival instinct.
DETAILS
Epic Armoury's Traveler boots are high-cut leather boots with soft suede on the inside. These knee-high boots have a flexible knee cuff that can be worn up or folded down for a classic pirate style. The soles come to a sharp point inspired by 12th-century medieval fashion, pointing upward at a jaunty 45° angle. Secure these boots using the adjustable calf lacing, fastened with rounded leather laces through brass eyelets.
Made of chrome-tanned suede leather, a flexible top-grain insole, and a 7 mm thick natural rubber sole, Epic Armoury's Traveler boots are designed to complete your historical or fantasy costume. Featuring reinforced stitching around the edges and reinforced leather on the heels, these boots are built to withstand significant abuse with regular leather care.
Epic Armoury boots are measured in European sizes.

Maintenance
Natural leather products are very durable, but they require regular maintenance with leather care products to remain flexible and increase their lifespan. Ensure your leather products are kept dry when storing them. Allow wet leather to dry naturally before treating it. If it gets wet and dry frequently, increase the frequency of maintenance.
Cleaning
Clean by removing dirt with a stiff brush, then gently rub leather soap with a clean, damp cloth until the leather looks clean. Remove the soap with a separate damp cloth to clear any residue, then use a dry cloth to wipe remaining water from the leather.
Conditioning
You should always condition the leather after cleaning, as the soap will have removed some of its natural oils. Treat the leather with mink oil, olive oil, or beeswax using a clean cloth, gently rubbing a small amount of oil or wax into the leather in circles. Let the leather soak in the oil before wiping it with a final clean cloth to remove excess residue.
