Todo Medieval reserves the right to deduct shipping and associated costs from the refund if:
-The customer has opened the package and the products show signs of damage or wear from use; a proportional amount or nothing will be refunded, depending on the condition of the product(s).

International Orders

Todo Medieval, located in Spain, considers any country that is not a member of the European Union to be an international shipment.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the date of delivery of the order, to process your return due to withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal will not apply to products made by hand to order, products modified according to specifications requested by the buyer, or those clearly personalized, except in the case of a defect or manufacturing error. The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the current workload.

You may terminate the purchase contract made in our online store by sending an email within the aforementioned period.

You must send the item or items back to us by your own means. Shipments sent "carriage forward" (cash on delivery for shipping) will not be accepted.

The Customer is granted the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days from the receipt thereof. Outside of this period, cancellations of orders will not be accepted, nor will they be accepted for orders involving the supply of goods made according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly, etc., that have been unsealed and/or used by the Customer. The Customer must communicate their withdrawal to THE ENTITY via the Withdrawal Form (Link to Document) by email, postal mail, or fax, within that 14-day period. The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the Customer. Products must be in the same condition in which they were received, with the original packaging, and cannot have been used. "As an adventurer, you never know who you might be working for or what beast you will be sent to dispatch next. There is only one thing for certain: if there is enough gold or glory, you are the right person for the job.

Admittedly, when the farmer came running into town claiming his crops had been set ablaze, you hadn't anticipated a trap. By the time you realized the farmer was luring you into a bandit ambush, you had already been captured. At least your Adventurer Sword is safe in its scabbard. Now, if you can just wiggle out of those ropes enough to grab the hilt... A bandit notices and takes your sword for himself!

You really need to reconsider how you trust farmers. The Epic Armoury Adventurer Sword is a medium-sized narrow sword with a wide crossguard and a distinctive pommel. The blade is 65 cm long and 5 cm wide with a central ridge and a ricasso near the crossguard. The ornate guard is wide and sturdy and protects the 13 cm long handle, ergonomically wrapped in split leather for a better grip. The pommel is shaped like a faceted diamond.

Maintenance

All latex-coated weapons need a certain degree of maintenance. For this, we recommend using maintenance silicone, which can be purchased separately in the LARP Accessories section. Epic Armoury maintenance silicone is an easy-to-use spray application, 100% pure and acid-free, making it safe to apply. We recommend using maintenance silicone on a regular basis. It keeps the latex coating flexible and prevents it from drying out, keeping the product wear-resistant.

Store your latex weapons horizontally or on their pommel, NEVER on their tip. Use a simple sheet or towel liner to prevent it from touching a plastic or rubber surface to avoid your weapon sticking to other products. Keep your weapons in a cool, dry environment.
