If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the date of delivery of the order, to process your return due to withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal will not apply to products made by hand to order, products modified according to specifications requested by the buyer, or those clearly personalized, except in the case of a defect or manufacturing error. The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the current workload.

You may terminate the purchase contract made in our online store by sending an email within the aforementioned period.

You must send the item or items back to us by your own means. Shipments sent "carriage forward" (cash on delivery for shipping) will not be accepted.

The Customer is granted the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days from the receipt thereof. This full suit of High Medieval Italian armor captures the sophisticated evolution of the plate harnesses that defined European warfare at the end of the Middle Ages. Inspired by transitional styles of the 15th and early 16th centuries, this armor features a fully enclosed helmet with a ventail visor, broad articulated pauldrons, and plate protection that extends seamlessly from the shoulders to the sabatons.
