2Q - Long Sword - Classic - 100 cm

Description

All of our products are handmade and hand-painted to create quality LARP weapons, costumes, and accessories that are the Epic Armoury standard. However, due to their handcrafted nature, these items may be produced with cosmetic defects. In the event that one of our long swords arrives with the incorrect paint color or an imperfect shape, we offer it at a reduced price instead of throwing it away. We don't like wasting material, and you get a great deal!

About our long swords

The Epic Armoury LARP Long Sword collection includes a range of swords inspired by history and fantasy. From the new Zephyr Jian to our best-selling Dark Elven Long Blade, these unique swords can be wielded with one or two hands. Our long swords are at least 100 cm long and are made of closed-cell foam around a solid 10 mm fiberglass core, giving them a lightweight but durable structure. To further increase your safety, each tip is reinforced with a strong Kevlar core. Each weapon is then finished with a strong latex coating, some with leather wrapped around the grips.

Ordering a second-quality weapon

When you order a second-quality long sword, you will receive a random long sword with an aesthetic imperfection. You cannot choose the specific style, as we cannot guarantee which one will be available. We DO guarantee that, whatever the design, the product is safe to use, despite its aesthetic flaws.

Quality

  • Strong latex coating with a round fiberglass core
  • Strong Kevlar core tip protection
  • Made from durable closed-cell foam that does not shred
  • High safety, approved by major organizations
  • Has an aesthetic defect, either discoloration or incorrect shape, that does not compromise the product's safety

This product is handmade and hand-painted and is therefore unique. As a result, compared to similar item numbers, this product may have natural deviations in pattern, color, and shape, which are not considered defects or flaws.
We produce our image material in a natural environment, where lighting and the surroundings can affect colors and contrast. Therefore, the displayed images may appear different from the product you receive from us.

Measurements are all in cm unless otherwise stated.

Maintenance

All latex-coated weapons need a certain degree of maintenance. For this, we recommend using maintenance silicone, which can be purchased separately in the LARP Accessories section. Epic Armoury maintenance silicone is an easy-to-apply spray, 100% pure and acid-free, making it safe to apply. We recommend using Maintenance Silicone on a regular basis. It maintains the flexibility of the latex layer and prevents it from drying out, keeping the product resistant to wear.

Store your latex weapons horizontally or on their pommel, NEVER on their tip. Use a simple sheet or towel lining to prevent it from touching a plastic or rubber surface to avoid your weapon sticking to other products. Keep your weapons in a cool, dry environment.
