2Q - Medium Shield

Description

All of our products are handmade and hand-painted to create quality LARP weapons, costumes, and accessories that meet the Epic Armoury standard. However, due to their artisanal nature, these items may be produced with cosmetic defects. In the event that one of our medium shields arrives with incorrect paint color or an imperfect shape, we offer them at a reduced price instead of discarding them. We don't like to waste material, and you get a great deal!

About our medium shields

The Epic Armoury LARP Shield Medium collection features a variety of historical shields, including kite and gladiator varieties. We have many fantastic shields to match your unique character, inspired by both history and fantasy! Each shield is made from hard EVA foam and finished with a strong latex coating, and is attached to your arm using leather straps.

Ordering a second-quality weapon

When you order a second-quality medium shield, you will receive a random medium-sized shield with an aesthetic imperfection. You cannot choose the specific style, as we cannot guarantee which will be available. We DO guarantee that, whatever the design, the product is safe to use despite its aesthetic flaws.

Quality

  • Resilient latex coating over hard EVA foam, which does not flex in combat
  • Made from durable closed-cell foam that does not shred
  • The handle is made of adjustable straps anchored to hard EVA foam for a firm grip
  • High safety, approved by major organizations
  • Has an aesthetic defect, whether discoloration or incorrect shape, that does not compromise the safety of the product

This product is handmade and hand-painted and is therefore unique. As a result, compared to similar item numbers, this product may have natural deviations in pattern, color, and shape, which are not considered defects or faults.
We produce our image material in a natural environment, where lighting and setting can affect colors and contrast. Therefore, the images displayed may appear different from the product you receive from us.

All measurements are in cm unless otherwise stated.

Maintenance

All latex-coated weapons need a certain degree of maintenance. For this, we recommend using maintenance silicone, which can be purchased separately in the LARP Accessories section. Epic Armory Maintenance Silicone is an easy-to-apply spray, 100% pure and acid-free, making it safe to use. We recommend using Maintenance Silicone on a regular basis. It maintains the flexibility of the latex layer and prevents it from drying out, keeping the product resistant to wear and tear.

Store your latex weapons horizontally or on their pommel, NEVER on their tip. Use a simple sheet or towel lining to prevent it from touching a plastic or rubber surface to avoid your weapon sticking to other products. Keep your weapons in a cool, dry environment.
