At Todo Medieval, we reward those who are part of the reenactment community. With our rewards program, you will earn Doubloons on your purchases and through certain special actions, which you can redeem for discounts on future orders.

What are Doubloons?

Doubloons are loyalty points that accumulate in your account. They are not money and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Base reward

As a general rule, you will receive a reward equivalent to approximately 5% of the value of your products in the form of Doubloons once your payment is confirmed.

How to earn them

  • Purchasing: earn Doubloons with your orders (on the product amount, VAT included).
  • Extra actions: you can also earn Doubloons for registering, for your birthday, and for certain actions on social media.

How to redeem them

  • You can exchange your Doubloons for discount coupons for your next purchases.
  • Minimum redemption: 100 Doubloons.
  • The discount applies to products (not to shipping or cash-on-delivery fees).
  • Not compatible with other coupons or promotions.

Important

  • You need a customer account to accumulate and use Doubloons.
  • In the event of cancellations or returns, the Doubloons associated with the purchase may be adjusted (deducted or reinstated).
  • Doubloons are personal and cannot be transferred between accounts (except in special cases evaluated by the team).

Todo Medieval reserves the right to modify the redemption value, the program conditions, to suspend or cancel it, as well as to limit or exclude customers in the event of misuse, fraud, or behavior inconsistent with the purpose of the program.

They are credited once the order payment is confirmed.

On the price of the products (VAT included). They are not calculated on shipping or cash on delivery.

In general yes, except for products with a value of less than €1, which may not generate Doubloons.

You exchange them for discount coupons for your next purchases. The discount applies to products.

Yes. The minimum redemption amount is 100 Doubloons.

Yes, there is no maximum redemption limit (as long as you have a sufficient balance).

No. The Doubloon redemption is not compatible with other coupons or promotions.

They do not expire due to time, but an inactivity policy (for example, 24 months without activity) could be applied to keep the program balanced.

Make a purchase or use the program (earn or redeem Doubloons) from your account.

No. Doubloons are personal and non-transferable. In special cases (for example, reenactment groups), you can contact us.

The Doblones associated with that purchase may be adjusted: deducted if products are returned or reimbursed if applicable.

Yes. When we activate tiers or improve the program, we may modify the redemption value or the terms and conditions.

Yes. Todo Medieval reserves the right to modify conditions, suspend or cancel the program, as well as limit or exclude accounts in the event of misuse, fraud, or inappropriate behavior.

Extra actions

Yes. You can also earn Doubloons for signing up, for your birthday, and for certain actions on social media (depending on what is active at the time).

Actions such as following us, “liking,” or sharing content, depending on availability and program settings.
