In this specific case, it was in another, smaller cask. A 114l demi-fut from the early 1980s, in which Pedro Ximénez sherry was previously matured.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e The result is a heavy, aged sherry cask whisky that clearly shows its island origins.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Cloudy on the nose, with red fruits and a strong hint of campfire.
