Each solid metal cuff is made of blackened mild steel, connected by a sturdy metal chain that can be attached to a belt using a hook. A metal crossbar is used to lock each cuff.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e To lock the cuffs, each bar is equipped with a simple lock. When adjusted, the lock allows the crossbars to be moved up or down on the cuff to release or trap the hands.
