This razor-sharp blade features a Scandinavian grind and a satin finish. The combination of steel and grinding results in a very stable knife, yet has a high level of sharpness and is easily resharpened.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e The handle is made of curly birch. The wood has been treated with a traditional Scandinavian linseed oil-based varnish. Black coatings have been applied between the handle scales and the steel to extend the knife's lifespan.\u003cbr\u003e  \u003cbr\u003eThe knife comes with a durable, welded sheath made of 3 mm thick, vegetable-tanned full-grain cowhide in a cognac brown color.
