It can be seen in the \u003ci\u003eSchöner Brunnen\u003c\/i\u003e in Nuremberg.\u003cbr\u003e  \u003cbr\u003eThe Schöne Brunnen, designed in the shape of a Gothic church spire, was built between 1385 and 1396. The fountain features forty painted figures representing the worldview of the Holy Roman Empire. Among them are the so-called \u003ci\u003eNine Heroes\u003c\/i\u003e or \u003ci\u003eNine Good Heroes\u003c\/i\u003e , representing pagan antiquity (Hector of Troy, Alexander the Great, Julius Caesar), Judaism (Judas Maccabeus, David, Joshua), and Christianity (King Arthur, Charlemagne, Godfrey of Bouillon). In the courtly and knightly milieu of the 14th century, this group of historical, biblical, or legendary \u003ci\u003eheroes\u003c\/i\u003e embodied the ideals of chivalry and knighthood that emerged in the Middle Ages.\u003cbr\u003e  \u003cbr\u003eSince the figures were made of sandstone, the fountain had to be restored several times over the centuries until the surviving remains of the Gothic original were finally brought to the Germanic National Museum in Nuremberg in the 19th century, where they can still be admired today. The fountain with its colorful figures, which stands today on Nuremberg's main market, is a replica that was rebuilt in 1912 based on the worn original.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e  \u003cbr\u003eOur approximately 6cm wide belt consists of a thick leather core, which is covered by an additional layer of finer black leather stitched on the back. Like the statue of Arthur in Nuremberg, the strap is decorated with a series of square plaques and a brass quatrefoil belt buckle depicting a floral motif. The knight's belt is available in three sizes and has no holes.
