The helmet dates from around the same period, around 1375, and was probably made by a Nuremberg armorer. It is now on display in the Germanic National Museum (GNM) in Nuremberg.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Our reconstruction is handcrafted from 1.6 mm thick sheet steel. The steel pieces are joined with brass rivets, as are the elaborate and decorative brass appliqués on the front.
